Using this site

You’re welcome to read, share and link to the pages on this site. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, or try to reach parts of it that aren’t public.

Health information on this site

Everything on this site is for general information and education. It isn’t medical advice, and it doesn’t replace your doctor or care team. Please read our medical disclaimer.

Cancer Pathfinder and other sites

Cancer Pathfinder, at cancerpathfinder.org, is a separate site. [CONFIRM: It has its own terms of use and privacy policy, and those terms govern your use of Cancer Pathfinder.]

Other sites we link to, such as Stripe and the National Cancer Institute, are run by others. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse them.

Gifts

Gifts are processed by Stripe on its own checkout pages, and Stripe’s terms apply to the payment. Stripe emails a receipt for each gift.

Monthly and yearly gifts repeat until you cancel them. You can change or cancel a monthly or yearly gift at any time, and canceling stops future charges.

ACCRF is a 501(c)(3) public charity, so your gift is tax-deductible to the extent the law allows. Our EIN is 33-1905701.

Our content and name

The text, design and ACCRF mark on this site belong to ACCRF, except where we credit others. [CONFIRM WHO HOLDS THE RIGHTS TO THE TEAM PHOTOS] The typefaces we use, and the cancer information Cancer Pathfinder is built on, come from others. We credit them on our source attributions page.

Please don’t use the ACCRF name, the ACCRF mark or the Cancer Pathfinder name in a way that suggests we endorse you, your product or your work.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We don’t promise that it’s complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ACCRF and its board members, officers and volunteers aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content. This includes indirect, incidental and consequential losses. Some places don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Governing law
